CV Auckland NZ and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use our site, including any direct or indirect damages, personal injury, loss of revenue, or data loss. This limitation does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Payment in full is required for all orders. Your card will be charged upon order acceptance. All transactions are subject to validation by the card issuer. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to payment authorisation issues. If a billing error occurs, we will issue a full refund pending investigation.

We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we aim to respond to all complaints within two business days. To ensure proper handling, complaints must be submitted in writing, as our telephone staff are not authorised to address these matters. If a complaint remains unresolved to your satisfaction, we welcome the opportunity for arbitration by a respected and mutually agreed-upon independent third party. Your feedback is important to us, and we strive to resolve any concerns promptly and efficiently.

When providing your drafts, we will supply files in both PDF and Microsoft Word formats. While we cannot be held liable for any compatibility issues with your computer setup, we are committed to assisting you in resolving such issues as best as we can. If alternative formats are needed, we will do our utmost to accommodate your requests.

Our turnaround times are guidelines. Your CV writer will be assigned within two business days after order activation. The standard turnaround time is three business days from your consultation call. If you are unavailable for calls, this may delay draft delivery. Revisions will be completed within one business day upon request. We recommend engaging our services at least ten business days before deadlines.

Our writers will work with you until you are fully satisfied with the final drafts. Please mark your project as complete in our platform to manage workloads. Projects will automatically close after 14 days of inactivity and will be considered complete unless feedback is provided. Projects inactive for 30 days will not be reopened.

Our LinkedIn Profile Writing service provides a document file with a complete profile write-up. We do not log in or create profiles on your behalf to protect your personal information. We aim to optimise your LinkedIn profile within three business days after your CV is marked complete.

CV Auckland NZ offers bespoke writing services without trial periods. We are unable to offer full refunds once a project is assigned to a writer. Our refund policy is as follows:

• If you cancel before the assignment, a full refund minus 10% for processing will be issued.
• If you cancel during drafting, you will be charged for the hours worked at $70 per hour.
• No refunds will be issued after the first drafts are received unless we breach our terms. Refunds will not be given after 60 days from order placement, but credit vouchers may be issued for orders older than 60 days.

Our professional writers create documents using current standards to enhance your chances of securing an interview. If you deviate from our advice, your CV will not come with an interview guarantee, and no refunds will be issued.

Packages are limited to a maximum of three pages. For most professions, CVs and resumes should not exceed this length. Longer documents are considered academic CVs, and the rate difference applies.

You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the materials on our website, including design, content, and software, are owned by CV Auckland NZ or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as evaluating our services and placing orders. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Key points include:
